Guidelines and Procedures for Submission of Abstracts |

The abstract should comprise about 300 words.
Please include Title in CAPITAL letters. |

* Author’s name (underline surname/family name) |

* Country |

| 2. |
Once the abstract is accepted, the author would be required to submit a full paper. The paper should be structured as follows: |

Title (centralised, in capitals, font size: 18 point) |
| • |
Author’s details, including names with the main author listed first, current affiliations, addresses, phone and fax numbers and email address.(Font size: 12 point, in bold) |

Main text (including illustrations) |
| • |
Acknowledgement and references |

| 3. |
The format of all abstracts and papers should comply with the following: |

Font: Arial (bold, underline, or italics when needed) |
| • |
Font size: 12 point |
| • |
Single space for all text material and two spaces for paragraphs. |

| 4. |
All tables, figures and illustrations must be electronically formatted and embedded within the document. |
|
| 5. |
References should be inserted at the end of the paper, not as footnotes. |

| 6. |
Only soft copy submissions are accepted, via email: info@itsasiapacific2008.com or mail CD-Rom to the Secretariat. |

| 7. |
Paper presenters will have to be registered as delegates of the forum. Only registered presenters will have their papers included in the Conference Proceedings, provided they are received on time. Please note that the Organisers reserve the right to reproduce your text. |
